By energetically connecting with you, your soul will show us what is ready to be gently and sustainably released for healing to unfold. Always working in harmony with your body and nervous system, I support you in integrating these shifts gently and anchoring them deeply within.

PREPARATION

Plan enough time before and after our session. Allow about 15 minutes before and after to fully arrive and let the energies integrate. Have some water nearby.

SAFE SPACE

Ensure you won’t be disturbed during our session & let me know if this is your first energy session. Otherwise, I invite you to stay curious and open to whatever emerges. Your soul knows what is ready to be revealed, and we will follow its guidance.

INTEGRATION

In the next couple of days, allow time, space and capacity for integration.
